Distance Selling Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on 25.05.2023 by and between Bilcee Store ("Seller"), a company established and existing under the laws of, with a registered office at Via Leonardo Bistolfi, 49 20134 Milan, and [name of purchaser] ("Purchaser"), residing at Via Leonardo Bistolfi, 49 20134 Milan.

OBJECT OF AGREEMENT The object of this Agreement is the sale of the goods described below ("Goods"). The details of the Goods are as follows:

ACCEPTANCE AND ENTRY INTO FORCE OF AGREEMENT The Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement upon submitting the order on the website of Bilcee Store. This Agreement shall enter into force when the Purchaser receives an email confirmation from Bilcee Store acknowledging receipt of the order.

PRICE AND PAYMENT The price of the Goods shall be that indicated on the website of Bilcee Store at the time of the order. Payment shall be made using the methods of payment specified on the website of Bilcee Store.

DELIVERY The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the address specified by the Purchaser in the order form. Delivery shall take place within 5-7 working days from the date of the order.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP The risk of the Goods shall pass to the Purchaser upon delivery. Ownership of the Goods shall remain with the Seller until full payment is made.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The Purchaser shall have the right to withdraw from this Agreement without giving any reason within 5-7 working days from the date of delivery of the Goods. To exercise this right, the Purchaser shall notify the Seller in writing of their intention to withdraw.

RETURN OF GOODS If the Purchaser exercises their right of withdrawal pursuant to Clause 6, they shall return the Goods to the Seller at their own expense. The Goods shall be returned in their original condition and packaging.

REFUND Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the Seller shall refund to the Purchaser all sums paid for the Goods within 5-7 working days.

LAW AND JURISDICTION This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement on the date first written above.
